Background.
松田憲幸は、求人広告代理店で企業の採用に携わったのち、世界最大級の総合人材サービス企業であるアデコグループを経て、リクルートグループへ。
採用、人材、組織課題の現場で経験を重ねるなかで、企業が抱える「人」と「制度」の課題に向き合ってきた。
2006年より、メットライフ生命の前身にあたるアリコジャパンに在籍。現在は、主に法人領域における制度設計に関わっている。

Background.
Noriyuki Matsuda began his career in recruitment advertising, working with corporate hiring activities, before moving through Adecco Group, one of the world’s largest human resource service companies, and Recruit Group.
Through experience in recruitment, human capital, and organizational issues, he developed a professional perspective on the connection between people, systems, and corporate continuity.
Since 2006, his career record in financial services began with Alico Japan, later MetLife, with a focus on corporate-related systems and business continuity themes.
